The Department of Communication and Media Studies

University <https://www.fordham.edu/> is currently seeking *experienced
instructors* to teach a range of undergraduate courses in the Spring
semester 2021.
*LOCATION & MODALITY *
Teaching normally takes place at the university?s Rose Hill campus in The
Bronx or Lincoln Center campus in Manhattan. However, the COVID-19 pandemic
means that in Spring ?21, instructors will be permitted to choose their
teaching modality following a Flexible Hybrid Learning model
<https://www.fordham.edu/info/29904/about_hybrid_instruction>, meaning that
an instructor may choose not to teach in-person. More information on
modality choice will be offered to candidates who are invited for interview
but it is anticipated that a*ll classes will have a regular synchronous
component *(such as a Zoom-based tutorial or a conventional teaching
session), which should take place during the allocated class times. The
Spring ?21 semester begins on February 1st 2021.
