This Drum Beat is a little different.

Through the Polls process on The Communication Initiative platform, we provide you, as a working member of our international development social network, with the space to express your perspectives on important development policy trends, strategies, or events. With your perspective expressed, you are then able to review the collective views and opinions of others – and to comment on those if you wish. (Please note that you can contribute logged in or as anonymous.)

Within this Drum Beat, there are links to 9 polls currently present on The CI site. For the reasons just outlined can we please encourage you to:

* Click on the links for the poll questions of interest to you.
* Choose the option within each poll that best reflects your perspective.
* Click «Vote».
* You will then see the collective votes of everyone who has voted on that question.
* Click on «Add a New Comment» to express any particular views and ideas that you wish to enter into the conversation on the theme of the poll question.
* Check back in to these links on a regular basis to see how the vote is going and what comments are being shared.
