**First, the International Council 4 Media Literacy, (IC4ML) will be hosting a media literacy networking event, which is open to all, on October 26th at 10am EST (US) via Zoom. We will bring together people from all over the world who are interested in the work of media literacy, and who want to connect through sharing of ideas. This includes those who are just starting out in the field, those who are interested in the work, and those with expertise who want to share items with the community.
This network gathering will be for one (1) hour, as there are several events happening this day, including the UNESCO conference. Registration for this networking event is open and can be found on this website.
**Second, the World Media Literacy Forum (WMLF), which held four talks throughout the 2020-2021 academic year, will be hosting a film screening on October 26th at 3pm EST (US) via Zoom. We will have four short films and one animation to share and discuss.
This film screening should run about one (1) hour and 15 minutes. Registration for this film screening event is open and can be found on this website.
