If you are a member in good standing of the MEA, you can access this issue by logging in on the MEA website. If you are not, there is still time to join, and with 2017 membership you will receive all of volume 16, which will consist of a double issue that includes key addresses and papers from our June convention, and a special issue devoted to Elizabeth Eisenstein. Library subscriptions to EME are also available to institutions.
