Dear members and friends of the Media Ecology Association,
Nominations and self-nominations to run in the 2012 elections for the Board of Directors of the Media Ecology Association are open until the end of the calendar day September 1, 2012. Only members in good standing (whose paid dues are current for 2012) by September 1, 2012, are eligible to be nominated to run for the Board.
Nominations will be valid only upon confirmation of current membership by the MEA and acceptance by the person being nominated. Nominees will be expected to submit a personal statement by September 8, 2012, to be included with the online ballot on the MEA Web site. Online voting will begin on September 15 and conclude at the end of the calendar day October 1, 2012.
