Now that the date of the convention is no longer over the horizon, I wonder if I might make a request of all those who have questions about registration, membership, scheduling, and so forth.
We hope that if you have questions about scheduling you will be a bit more patient and wait just a few days until we can get the schedule posted on the Web site. It is in the offing—in time, we hope, for you to fine-tune your travel plans.
As for other questions regarding registration, membership, and other administrative matters, it would be most efficient for them to be sent directly to the appropriate individual, rather than trying to do business over the discussion list. We don’t want to burden people who have no interest in the matter with queries that only expand their inboxes unnecessarily.
The Contact Us page on the Web site [http://www.media-ecology.org/contact/index.html] probably has all of the addresses anyone would need to which to direct their question. If not, then please get in touch with me directly, and I will forward it to whoever can answer it most quickly.
