This training course will examine all aspects of crisis communication and reputation risk management showcasing experiences and approaches from all types of industries. Through interactive group discussions you will examine how to handle unanticipated and sudden crises through incident management and provide examples of best practice in the industry. Through our classroom-style training it will explore how to develop the most efficient internal and external communication channels and strategies for building crisis management teams with routines on who, what, and how to handle the information flow in any type of crisis in order to limit the impact on the organization. It will also go one step further and analyze how crisis management impacts the brand and how to develop strategies for reputation risk management.
