Figure/Ground latest interview is with Elizabeth Buchanan – Endowed Chair and Director of the Center for Applied Ethics at the University of Wisconsin-Stout, where she specializes in Information Ethics, Research Ethics, Internet Research Ethics, Information Policy and Information Transfer.  Dr. Buchanan earned her PhD in English and Philosophy at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1999, and has since held a number of research and teaching positions related to her area of expertise. Among other things, she was a research fellow at the Oxford e-Research Center (University of Oxford) and Associate Professor and Director of the Center for Information Policy Research in the School of Information Studies at
University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
