Violence in Port-au-Prince
International media outlets have reported extensively on scattered incidents of abuse and neglect by the UN Stabilization Mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH), such as the inadvertent introduction of cholera. They have failed, however, to adequately cover the systematic political violence perpetrated by the UN Mission.
